Supported by a loyal and dedicated staff, our founders Mike Regan and David Michaud established ONE Construction with one simple concept in mind; take the complexity and frustration out of the GC/CM process for our clients. We approach every job with that philosophy and provide each client with a clear, concise plan for meeting or exceeding their needs and successfully completing their project.

Both Mike and David are graduates of the Wentworth Institute of Technology. Their education, combined with their extensive experience in all aspects of the General Contracting and Construction Management business, has enabled ONE Construction to consistently deliver superior results for our customers since 2006.
